This listing reserves a single spot in the upcoming Make-Your-Own Workshop at Atelier, located at 335 Pierpont Avenue, Salt Lake City. This is a 2-part class that takes place on Wednesdays, January 22nd & 29th from 6-8 pm.

These charming plant friends aren't just for greenery – they also make delightful shelf or curio cabinet decorations. They’re perfect for gifting on Valentine’s Day or as a fun pre-Valentine’s activity to enjoy with your friends or loved one.

Choose what type of clay you would like to make your pieces with below. See images for clay examples.

Night one: All materials will be provided including a lump of clay to make 4-5 pieces, tools, and cookie cutters. All pieces will be bisque-fired over the weekend in preparation for night two.

Night two: Underglaze paints will be provided for completing your plant friends. All pieces will be glaze-fired with a glossy, clear glaze and will be ready for pickup the following Wednesday.

Participants are encouraged to bring inspiration along with any special cookie cutters or tools they would like to use.

Very rarely do bisqued ceramics glaze fire and crack. In the case of cracking, you will receive a replacement to re-make during a chosen time that works for you or in the next workshop.
